CAAS cross country ski poles are made for competitors and for experienced recreative runners. They are made from top quality carbon fiber with extremely high elasticity module. In the conical part of the pole, high torsional stability makes sure that received energy generated by bending dynamically and in full amount transfers to the runner. The construction of pole is stronger in conical part, where it is easier for the pole to get damaged. Vibrations generated by the contact of carbide tip and running surface are diminished through pole’s carbon surface. Mechanical properties of cross country ski poles do not change even when running at extremely low temperatures.
